I started karting at the age of 8 and have been doing it for 6 years, i also have other interest such as
Tennis, Motorbike Racing and swimming.,
In order to keep fit for Karting i go out most days either on my rollerblades or on my bike, then followed
by bouncing on a trampoline, then weight training and then i will be starting swimming soon.
I eat a well balanced diet not to much fatty foods such as beef burgers (YUK), or Mcdonalds but i do eat
chocolate, that is hard to give up.
I eat plenty of fruit and drink lots of water and try to stay as fit as possible.
